Al
Al is one of the Gnomes, a clan of engineers who live underground and maintain Aqua's gravity. Despite his subterranean roots, he has a liking for high places.
Al looks like a child, but he's actually 19. Aika sorta kinda likes him. Mailman This friendly mailman was the first (technically second) person to welcome Akari to Aqua. He always has an encouraging word for Akari.
Akatsuki's older brother He's as easygoing as his brother is cranky, and has a habit of running late. He's also noticed the effect that Akari has had on Akatsuki.
